We are currently in the process of getting Beeswax Magazine into more local, national, and international libraries, especially those with special collections or book arts focuses. The submissions period for Issue 7 has ended - thanks to everyone who submitted. If you have sent us work within the past six months, we are working on clearing out the current backlog - we apologize for the delay!

--- ISSUE 6 READING & RELEASE PARTY! ---
The long-awaited issue 6 is in the final stages of production, and it will be released in true literary style at a reading and party on April 2nd:

Friday, April 2nd :: 7pm :: Diesel Bookstore
5433 College Ave (4 blocks from Rockridge BART) in Oakland, California
featuring Beeswax contributors Hugh Behm-Steinberg (Issue 3), Marissa Bell Toffoli (Issue 2), Sean Labrador Y Manzano (Issue 6), and Steffi Drewes (Issue 1)

Copies of Issue 6, as well as back issues, will be available for purchase. This event is FREE and open to the public; the reading begins at 7pm and will last about an hour. Drinks and snacks will be provided! Download the flyer here, and check out the contributors here.

--- BEESWAX + BERKELEY PUBLIC LIBRARY = LITERARY LOVE ---
We had such a fantastic time working with the Berkeley Public Library on both our Books Unbound exhibit and the multimedia reading on 9/22. Huge thanks to all who came out and supported Beeswax! We're in the process of organizing photos from the exhibit and reading, so check back soon for documentation.

We had a wonderful time at the reading on 11/29, and we are super grateful to Watchword Press, Book Zoo, and everyone who came out.
